I offer TRE sessions (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises). These are a great way to release tension and stress from your nervous system. In just a couple of sessions you can learn a technique that you can then do independently at home that will help to calm day –to-day stress as well as the adrenaline fueled ‘fight-flight-freeze’ response in the body. Come and find out if TRE can help you to address symptoms that can be linked to a stressed nervous system: digestive issues, headaches, tiredness, sleep issues, feeling irritable, low mood, anxiety etc.

I offer a variety of therapies to support children and their families, including Play Therapy, Theraplay-informed therapy and Therapeutic Parenting support sessions (helpful when other parenting strategies have failed to be successful). I have worked with children and families for 20 years and have a special interest in trauma.
