The Trust offers competitive rates pay which are fair for all and includes an enhancement for working nights.

Hannah’s is part of the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) which was set up by the Government to enable colleagues to be auto enrolled into a Pension Scheme.
Hours of Work
Colleagues will work either fixed hours or on a rota system, dependent on their role or department. Individuals therefore will know well in advance what days they are working. There is also scope to work additional hours, when the business requires it.
During the first 6 months with us, all colleagues will be on probation. During this time staff are supported during their training and development to ensure they have all the skills to perform well.
We will reimburse any expenses colleagues may have incurred whilst on Trust business and in line with our Trust policy.
Colleagues are required to give one months’ notice if they leave the Trust, with the exception of Senior Managers who need to give three months. During the probationary period, this is reduced to one week. Colleagues contracts of employment will clearly advise what notice period applies to them.
Family Friendly Working
The Trust offers a range of working arrangements designed to help colleagues fit work around their other responsibilities, balanced with the specific demands of their role. These arrangements enable colleagues to enjoy a good work/life balance.
Free Car Parking
Based on the outskirts of the town of Ivybridge, we offer free parking just minutes away from the A38.
We have an excellent kitchen which can provide staff with fabulous subsidised food which is freshly prepared each day.
Employee Recognition Scheme
The Trust runs a monthly Thank You Card Scheme where staff nominate colleagues who have gone the extra mile to be entered into a prize draw.
